Letter 7/6/11
Dear David,
We’ve been meaning to write this letter for ages but, after watching the recent Panorama programme (can’t describe to you in words how we felt, it was absolutely shocking) it spurred us into action to writing our letter.
First of all,as you know, we had been through really tough times with ***** for a very long time and we were beginning to fear for his future.
When he came to New Directions, we really had our fingers crossed.
What can we say, you are amazing, the care & compassion shown by you and your staff in your homes is something we couldn’t imagined in our wildest dreams.
The manager is just like a “mum” to those in her care at Bishops *** and her staff are so thoughtful and caring.
You have all made such a huge difference to our lives.

In conversation with a QCF assessor from Sussex Coast collage who gave permission to put this in this section: ” I come to your home to train staff in Health & Social Care and am always made to feel welcome. The staff at the home receive good training from New Directions and this is reflected in their work submitted for the Qualification Credit Framework.”
